Welcome to Provenant™ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://provenantforensics.com/, our forensic integrity workstations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Services Description

Provenant™ provides forensic integrity workstations, composition sandboxes, and proprietary behavioral/cadence analysis tools to certify human origin and authorship integrity for writers, newsrooms, and academic institutions.

2. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities.
• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal billing date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account management panel or by contacting support.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

• Ownership of Content: You retain full ownership of all text, documents, and creative material composed within or submitted to Provenant™ workstations.
• Cadence Metadata Processing: By using the workstation, you grant us permission to process non-content interaction metrics (e.g., typing rhythm, interaction pacing, keystroke timing) solely to generate forensic integrity briefs and authorship certificates.
• Proprietary Technology: All software, algorithms, verification seals, and brand assets associated with Provenant™ remain the exclusive property of Provenant LLC.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our proprietary cadence analysis engine.
• Utilizing automated scripts, macros, or virtual input engines to spoof or bypass biometric workstation checks.
• Using the Services to distribute fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provenant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or forensic reports generated by the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent use of our forensic verification infrastructure.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
